SIQA administers trainings, programs, projects, consultations, and databases in NGO development, civic education, active and interactive methods of teaching and learning, debate, and information technology.

Goals of SIQA:

·          To support problem-solving process in ecological, legal, economic, social, educational, community, cultural, anticorruption, youth and other spheres by means of fostering education

·          To support development of civic society

·          To implement educational initiatives in Georgia

·          To implement democratic principles

·          To increase quality of social cohesion

·          To encourage healthy life style

·          To support continuing education in multiple spheres of activities

·          To support Georgia's integration and self-maintenance in its integration
efforts among the European and global communities

·          To initiate and implement collaborative programs and projects on
international, national, regional and local levels.

SIQA is a former “Rustavi Parents and Teachers association” (RPTA) non-profit, non-governmental organization, which was established in 1999, In 2000 it was registered by Rustavi court, registration # 9/9-77. in 2005 association develop goals and working area, changed structure and name.

SIQA re-registered by Local office of Ministry of Justice in September 2006, registration number  is 00522060025.

SIQA is a participant of international and domestic Internet programs
